We really hope you love the pieces you purchased from Tiny Thalia, but if you are not happy and would like to return an item:

• Please do so within 14 days of your delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• Your item must be unused and arrive in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
